• All vehicles are different.      Before any personalized session, Little Lady Automotive Basics will      research the registered event vehicle to gather general maintenance      information.
• Information provided during      sessions is based on general automotive knowledge and life experience, not      manufacturer‑specific diagnostics.
• Customers are responsible for      sharing accurate vehicle details and any known issues prior to the      session.

3. Liability & Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to provide accurate, helpful, and safe automotive education, Little Lady Automotive Basics is not liable for:

• Errors or omissions in general      maintenance information
• Misinterpretation or misuse of      skills taught during sessions
• Any mechanical issues that occur      before, during, or after training
• Website downtime, interruptions,      or technical errors
• Any mechanical breakdowns or      emergency incidents after an event 

4. Educational Disclaimer

Little Lady Automotive Basics and its owner, Tiffany Murray, do nothold mechanical certifications or formal teaching credentials. All instruction is based on 30+ years of personal, hands‑on experience, not professional licensure. Sessions are educational only and do not replace professional automotive service or repair.

5. Safety Procedures During On‑Site Educational Events

All group and personal sessions take place in a private driveway, parking lot, or other designated safe area. To protect all participants and maintain a controlled learning environment, customers agree to follow these safety expectations during any Little Lady Automotive Basics event:

• Maintain awareness of      surroundings, including moving vehicles, pedestrians, and obstacles within      the teaching area.
• Follow all instructions regarding      where to stand, how to approach the vehicle, and when to handle tools or      equipment.
